In 2006, Dr. Talonda Thomas started teaching piano and voice lessons from her New York City apartment. Her passion for music education led her to work with the local Boys and Girls Club and public schools, bringing music programs to young talents. In 2013, New York Musician’s Center opened its first location in Bellmore, Long Island, NY. Offering comprehensive music education tailored to individual needs and preferences, what began with no students has now grown to over 1,000 students taking weekly lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums, and more. Our experienced instructors provide private one-on-one lessons in a fun and welcoming environment, catering to students of all ages and skill levels.
