Design Criteria & Demographics
Our recently redesigned restaurant has a progressive new look and is available in two different building design options, the GC-11S and the GC-11M, to maximize land efficiency and to match market potential. We typically pursue free-standing sites, but we can also consider in-line and end-cap development.  Key demographics include traffic counts, daytime population, and residential population. Suitable parking is required.
