We are an assisted stretching company on a mission to help people of any age, lifestyle or fitness level move freely and live fully. When creating this company, we wanted to provide a safe and effective environment for our guests. Which is why we developed The Vital Stretch Method, an approach crafted through the combined expertise of a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractor. It begins with custom-engineered equipment that allows for full effective stretching. We use advanced stretching techniques and methods, including static and dynamic stretching, to achieve a full stretch with each muscle group. Our proprietary progressions use the body’s own reflexive mechanisms to loosen muscles, fascia and joints and take you from stiff, sore and constrained to loose, limber, and limitless. This method is put into practice by our Certified Stretch Practitioners who are highly skilled at realigning body systems, unwinding tight muscles, easing stiff joints, and relieving tense fascia. They draw from a broad range of advanced techniques and methods to deliver the tailored-to-you experience that The Vital Stretch is known for.
