Todd Treml is a seasoned franchise executive with a track record of scaling well-known national brands. Early in his career, he played a central role at Winmark Corporation, where he supported the expansion of multiple retail franchise concepts from just 2 locations to more than 1,200. He later led U.S. Franchise Development for Snap Fitness, helping grow one of the world’s largest health and wellness brands, and served as Executive Vice President at United Franchise Group, overseeing eight franchise brands and more than 2,000 locations worldwide. Todd then became President of Pedal Pub Global, leading the country’s largest experiential party bike franchise and guiding its expansion and operational maturity.

Today, Todd serves as CEO of Touching Hearts at Home, a national in-home senior care franchise on a strong upward trajectory. Under his leadership, the organization has delivered double-digit comparable revenue growth, added 21 franchise territories in the past 12 months, and built the infrastructure required to support continued scale. He has strengthened the system by expanding the Franchise Business Coach team, enhancing franchise development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success across the network.
