Tiffanie Knapp, MBA, is a seasoned franchise operations and finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning credit management, franchise compliance, and cross-functional leadership. Currently serving on the Franchise Administration team at Batteries Plus, she plays a critical role in supporting legal compliance, FDD preparation and state filing, operations manual development and maintenance, franchisee relations, and strategic planning. Tiffanie has led initiatives in legal support, exit and resale strategy support, document tracking, budget oversight (including national convention planning), and both franchise renewals and terminations.

A FranConnect super-user and data-driven process improver, Tiffanie has been instrumental in developing internal tracking and reporting systems to increase operational efficiency. She is the recipient of the prestigious Illuminator Award and is actively pursuing her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. With experience mentoring peers and being mentored by her organization’s CEO, she also shares her insights as a roundtable host at the International Franchise Association.
