Shane Evans has spent more than two decades building one of wellness’ first true membership platforms, and today she is leading its next transformation: from a single-service franchise into a category-defining longevity and hospitality brand.

Shane founded Massage Heights, growing it into a nationally recognized membership-based massage and skincare franchise across the United States and Canada. The wellness landscape has since shifted. People no longer want isolated services; they want an integrated system for longevity, recovery, and performance, delivered inside a real hospitality experience. Shane built Heights Wellness Retreat to meet that shift.

Heights Wellness Retreat is not a massage business. It is a wellness, longevity, and hospitality brand built on three pillars: Wellness Technology, Hands-on Care, and Social Club. Each Retreat gives members a personalized path to membership, matched to their goals, spanning advanced wellness technology such as light therapy, halotherapy, and infrared sauna, hands-on care delivered by licensed professionals, and a social club experience that turns wellness into a shared habit rather than a single transaction.

Under Shane’s leadership, Elevated Brands Franchising is converting its full legacy Massage Heights footprint, 100+ locations across the United States and Canada, to the Heights Wellness Retreat brand, positioning the company at the front of a structural shift in how wellness is delivered and franchised.

Shane serves on the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association (IFA), where she has spent more than a decade advocating for franchising through FranPac and IFA committee work. She is a frequent speaker and mentor to entrepreneurs and Franchise Owners, and a vocal advocate for the belief that shapes everything she builds: every person is unstoppable.
