Rob Goggins has been with Great Clips, Inc. for 17 years, and has been president since January 2018. Great Clips, based in Bloomington, Minn., is the world’s largest hair salon chain. In 2023, there were more than 4,400 Great Clips salons operated by 650 franchisees in 194 markets across the U.S. and Canada, producing $1.5 Billion in total sales. This is a result of 30,000 stylists providing great haircuts to 29 million unique customers. Rob has had a variety of positions at Great Clips, including: VP of Franchise Development, SVP of Real Estate and Development, and Chief Operations Officer. In his role as President,

Rob oversees a variety of functional areas of the company, including: Operations, Marketing, Real Estate, Development, Legal, Business Technology Services, Education, Human Resources, Facilities, Purchasing and Products.

Rob and his wife have two adult children (Sydney and Jack), and a mini labradoodle (Augie). When he’s not helping to build the Great Clips brand, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, boating, hunting, traveling, reading, helping others, and learning new things. He is also Chair of Junior Achievement North.
