Riley Wingerd is an active leader in the franchising community, focused on helping brands grow in more intentional and sustainable ways. He currently works in Business Development at Franzy, the Zillow of Franchises, where he has helped bring more than 200 brands onto the platform to support equitable franchise expansion and better alignment between brands and future operators. In the past, Riley also served as a National Franchise Solutions Advisor with ProfitKeeper, where he helped Franchisors implement stronger financial frameworks designed to improve the Unit Level Economics of their franchisees.

In addition to his professional work, Riley is passionate about building community within the next generation of franchising leaders. He is the Co-Founder and Board Member of FIRE35, a networking organization created to connect younger professionals in franchising who may not always have access to major industry events. The group has grown to more than 60 members and recently presented its annual scholarship to a student at the Titus Center for Franchising, continuing its mission of supporting the future of the industry.
