Kristopher Stuart is the Cofounder and CEO of Bloomin’ Blinds, a mobile window treatments franchise system his family started on September 11, 2001 and began franchising in 2014. The brand now operates more than 65 locations across the country, with Kristopher leading a turnaround built on trust, accountability, and franchisee-first directives.

In another life, Kristopher spent twelve plus years in the fire service as a firefighter and paramedic in North Texas, retiring in March 2020. That chapter became foundational. Every leadership instinct he brings to franchising was forged in that crucible.
In 2026, the focus is straightforward: franchisees risk their savings, their families’ stability, and years of their lives on Franchisor’s systems, and the obligation that creates is real and tangible and deserves its due regard.

He is currently exploring the congruence between the American fire service and franchise systems, investigating the belief that the discipline and obligations of emergency services translate directly into the work of building a brand that lasts.
