At Hilton, Ms. Satterlee leads legal strategy and execution across the company’s global brands, commercial services, and technology functions. Her responsibilities include advising on brand strategy, partnerships, and owner relations; overseeing global trademark portfolios; supporting marketing and loyalty programs, managing legal aspects of supply chain, procurement, providing guidance on sales, distribution, antitrust, technology transactions, and regulatory compliance; facilitating compliance with global and local laws impacting digital channels and pricing; and collaborating on strategic initiatives involving emerging technologies and new business models.
Ms. Satterlee is a member of the International Franchise Association’s Board of Directors and serves as an advisor to the North American Securities Administrators Association. She is Past Chair of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising Governing Committee and has previously served on the Board of Trustees of the IFA Educational Foundation and the Board of Governors of the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at American University’s Washington College of Law, has authored numerous articles on franchise law, and is a frequent speaker at legal and industry conferences.
