Currently my role is Senior Director-New Franchise Development for Floor Coverings International. In this role as a Senior FBC for new franchisees, I coach new franchise owners through set up, training, launch and scaling their business – essentially the first 2 years. I’ve been with Floor Coverings International since 2016.

I have spent my whole career in Franchising – working in Training, Operations, and Franchise Development for Franchisors; I’ve been a franchisee and spent 10+ years as a Franchise Consultant with FranChoice. I’ve worked for these companies The Athlete’s Foot, Regus Business Centers, Sears Hometown Stores and Floor Coverings International. My focus has been and is now on Operations – supporting the franchisees in the system. I obtained my CFE certification in the early 90’s and have been active in IFA in various roles and at different levels. I’ve been active in the Atlanta based Southeast Franchise Forum for over 30 yrs.

I am an avid tennis player and love college football and the beach! Recently I’ve added 2 Cornhole teams in the Cornhole ATL league to my list of “free time” activities.
