Christine Todaro, Franchise Rule Program Manager, Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

Christine M. Todaro is an Attorney in the FTC’s Division of Marketing Practices where she investigates and litigates cases against individuals and companies engaged in deceptive and unfair practices. In addition, she is the Program Manager for the FTC’s Franchise and Business Opportunity Rules. She previously served as an Attorney Advisor to former FTC Commissioner Melissa Holyoak and was Counsel to former Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection Samuel Levine. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her B.B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
