Christina Russell is a board director and former multi-brand franchise CEO with more than two decades of experience scaling consumer services platforms and leading private-equity-backed growth strategies across beauty, wellness, fitness, and pet services.

Russell currently serves on the boards of Scenthound, backed by VMG Partners, and the International Franchise Association Foundation. She also founded Collaborative Consulting, advising private equity firms and franchisors on growth strategy and operational scalability.

Previously, Russell was Co-Founder and CEO of Radiance Holdings, a beauty and wellness platform created with PNC Riverarch. Under her leadership, Radiance assembled Sola Salon Studios, Woodhouse Spas, and BeautyHive before its sale to TSG Consumer Partners in 2022.

Russell previously served as CEO of Sola Salon Studios and Pure Barre, President of Camp Bow Wow, and Vice President of Operations at Curves International.

She holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and the Certified Franchise Executive designation.
