Charles Watson is currently the CEO of Smalls Sliders Franchising, LLC. Charles previously served as CEO for Tropical Smoothie Café from 2018-2024 and its Chief Development Officer from 2015-2018.

A veteran hospitality professional, Charles has worked for several hospitality-related companies, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and US Franchise Systems, Inc..

Charles is a graduate of The Hotel School at Cornell University and also holds a Master of Business Administration from The Terry School of Business at The University of Georgia.
