Before joining Spavia, White served as the Director of Franchise Development at Franchise Fastlane, excelling in creating processes and marketing materials to drive growth for franchisors. Her tenure at Franchise Evolution Partners further solidified her expertise, managing lead generation programs for clients such as SafeSplash and Iron Tribe Fitness.
