PALM COAST, Fla. March 17, 2023 – The International Franchise Association (IFA) named Justin Scotto, owner of We Sell Restaurants in North and South Carolina, as a 2023 Franchisee of the Year. Scotto was honored at the 63rd IFA Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, for being an outstanding franchise establishment owner-operator.
