“When Hounds Town began franchising 10 years ago, the accomplishments we are seeing today were only a pipedream. Because of our incredible franchisees, team members, and the dogs and communities we serve, we are well on our way to achieving our 10-year target that every dog in this country has access to Hounds Town” said Jackie Bondanza, CEO of Hounds Town USA. “I could not be more proud of everyone associated with Hounds Town and more grateful for every customer that has trusted us with their family members over the last year.”

The talented executives play a large role in guiding marketing initiatives, operations, and the continued expansion of Hounds Town.
“We are delighted to be sharing Hounds Town’s outstanding performance in 2023,” said Rob Flanagan, President and Cultural Co-Founder at Hounds Town USA. “These accomplishments demonstrate the importance of standing behind our core values, investing in townie satisfaction, and why we aim to provide outstanding service across all fronts.
