Our full-service dining option, which has proven its worth over time, has been refreshed with a completely new décor, menu, and beverage selections to cater to today’s consumers in a more compact 3,000 sq. foot space. Additionally, we’ve introduced a fast-casual model called Perkins Griddle & Go, tailored for today’s busy consumers. This model features a streamlined menu that provides an elevated café experience, starting at 1,500 sq. feet (with 800 sq. feet dedicated to the kitchen for non-traditional setups). Griddle & Go is designed to be quick to build, easy to scale, and significantly more affordable than our traditional Perkins model. It’s an ideal choice for street-front retail and various non-traditional locations. Our adaptable concept is perfect for any setting where hungry customers seek a delicious, made-to-order meal, from airports to casinos, hospitals, military bases, colleges, and beyond.
