Our goal is to create a fast casual environment that provides the surrounding community with a delicious alternative to the humble and often boring breakfast sandwich. It’s not just about the numbers, because we actually care about quality and the consistency of our food. Holding onto the philosophy of food cooked fresh and from scratch, we make our sauces in house, use cage-free eggs, grind our own sausage, chorizo, and brisket burger patties, bake our own cheddar biscuits and source our Japanese milk buns and English muffins from a local bakery. We’ll be playing soothing lo-fi hip hop to set the vibes, pouring fresh brewed coffee provided by small batch air-roaster Rhost, fresh squeezed orange juice, and cold pressed juices from Pressed Juicery.
