2025-2026 Franchise Ascension Initiative produced clear, meaningful improvements in emerging and prospective franchisees’ perceptions of their readiness, confidence, and access to resources, three critical pillars of franchise readiness. The shifts observed across knowledge-based, financial/operational, and psychological barriers show that participants not only learned more but also felt more capable of navigating the franchising landscape after completing the program.
