The Executive Leadership Journey is a three-week, cohort-based program designed for franchise leaders navigating change, growth, and operational complexity. Built on FranklinCovey’s proven leadership frameworks, this experience combines self-paced learning, real-time application, and peer discussion to help you lead through uncertainty with greater clarity and confidence.

This cohort is focused on leading through change, equipping you to align teams, reduce resistance, and communicate effectively in evolving environments. You’ll apply concepts directly to your current leadership challenges while engaging with peers facing similar dynamics.

    Participants will complete an interactive, self-paced online course, allowing them to explore key leadership principles at their own pace and prepare for collaborative discussions in the live Power Huddle sessions.
