Coworking: A Safe Bet in Uncertain Times

While economists continuously debate the actual number, there have been as many as 47 economic recessions in the United States’ history. While the consensus amongst economists is that these occurrences are cyclical, every recession is different and is caused by a variety of factors and forces including dependence on agriculture, trade, housing and banking industries, among others. Our most recent economic downturn, what many now refer to as the “Great Recession,” originated as a result of the subprime mortgage crisis leading to the collapse of the “housing bubble.” Today, nearly 13 years later, global economists are predicting yet another recession to hit in the next year or two, due to the protracted trade war with China.
