Paul Riley is the Web Administrator at the International Franchise Association, where he oversees the organization’s digital presence and web infrastructure. With nearly a decade of experience in information technology and web development, Paul brings a diverse skill set that spans content management systems, user experience design, automation, and cloud-based solutions.

Before joining IFA, Paul held roles supporting IT and web operations at the Tax Executives Institute and The Health Management Academy. His work has included implementing AI-powered support systems, streamlining data exports for chapter leaders, enhancing support workflows through platforms like Freshdesk, and developing microsites to increase organizational visibility. Paul is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, where he served as a Quality Assurance Inspector and Aviation Electronics Technician, leading maintenance operations and overseeing compliance with safety and technical standards.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology: Data and Application Development from Liberty University, graduating magna cum laude.
