The mission and purpose of the Corporate Council Committee (CCC) is to be the leading committee for the study and analysis of critical legal and legal operations issues impacting in-house legal departments at franchise companies.  This includes monitoring changes in state and federal laws impacting franchise companies, knowledge sharing and education among in-house counsel for franchise companies regarding practical implications of such changes and advocating for action to protect and enhance the interests of the franchise model and IFA members.
