In the recently published J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index (ASI) Study, Christian Brothers was named the top-ranking aftermarket service provider for general maintenance in terms of customer satisfaction. This recognition was based on feedback from over 12,500 vehicle owners, underscoring the company’s commitment to providing outstanding service and meeting the needs of its guests.

The ASI Study measures customer satisfaction with aftermarket service facilities and evaluates six categories that include fairness of charges, service quality, service advisor, service facility, service initiation and vehicle pick-up. Christian Brothers achieved the highest score in six of the seven study factors: Ease of Scheduling/Getting Vehicle In for Service; Service Advisor Performance; Service Advisor Courtesy: Service Facility; Fairness of Charges; and Quality of Work. The brand also achieved an overall satisfaction score of 834 on a 1,000-point scale, 28 points above the average of other competitors in the segment.
