Session Description: Successful franchises not only build a strong brand but also foster local connections. This session will equip franchise professionals with the skills and tools to drive community engagement and localized marketing efforts. Attendees will learn how to empower franchisees to connect meaningfully with their communities, build brand loyalty through community events, and leverage partnerships with local organizations to increase brand visibility.
