Fields, a Florida native, served eight years as a U.S. Marine Corps Finance Officer, managing complex budgets and supporting operational leaders in high-accountability environments. Following his military service, he returned home with the goal of building a locally owned business grounded in professionalism, reliability, and long-term community impact. Fields is completing his MBA at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, with graduation planned for May 2026, and is working toward his CFA Level III designation.

Schempp served five years as a U.S. Army Engineer Officer, leading teams and overseeing multimillion-dollar construction and logistics projects. His experience emphasized structure, precision, and accountability—principles that directly inform how the business is operated today. Schempp is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed all required Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC) examinations, currently working toward the experience requirement for licensure. He will graduate from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in May 2026 and has been accepted into the University of Pittsburgh’s Master of Science in Civil Engineering program, with planned Fall 2026 matriculation.
