CHICAGO – Potbelly, the iconic neighborhood sandwich shop known for its warm, toasty sandwiches and craveable flavors, is introducing its new Street Corn Chicken Sandwich, bringing the bold flavors of the classic Mexican dish to its lineup for a limited time beginning Monday, March 30.

Inspired by the savory, layered flavors of Mexican street corn, the sandwich delivers another flavor-forward option for fans to choose from in the brand’s legendary lineup of toasty sandwiches. The limited-time sandwich features all-natural grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, Mexican-style street corn and smoky ancho chile sauce, combining creamy and subtly spicy notes in every bite.
