Lake City, Florida (March 24, 2026) – Ellianos Coffee, a southeast-based drive-thru specialty coffee brand, has signed a four-store development agreement for the St. Louis, Missouri market, marking the brand’s expansion into its ninth state. The agreement represents a significant step forward for the fast-growing drive-thru coffee franchise as it continues to expand beyond its Southeast roots.

Currently, Ellianos Coffee operates locations in four U.S. states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. The majority of the brand’s locations are concentrated in Florida and Georgia, where Ellianos has built a strong reputation for fast service, handcrafted beverages, and a convenient drive-thru experience.

The new St. Louis development agreement introduces Ellianos Coffee to Missouri and signals continued momentum for the franchise as it expands into new regions across the country. The four planned locations will bring Ellianos’ signature menu of espresso drinks, energy beverages, freezers, and breakfast offerings to guests in the greater St. Louis area.
