The Schlegels come from a long line of family business ownership, with David Schlegel having successfully built and operated multiple companies throughout his career. Most notably, he and his father opened and operated a Two Men and a Truck franchise in the 1990s before later transitioning into independent business ownership. Reagan Schlegel and his brother joined the family enterprise after graduating with business degrees from the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University, respectively, helping expand operations while building strong teams and customer relationships.

Together, the family currently operates a moving company with five locations, serving thousands of families each year. Their experience in the home services industry, coupled with a strong focus on professionalism and trust, led them to explore franchise ownership as a structured path for long-term growth.
