The appointments will fuel the company’s focus on accelerating growth, strengthening franchisee unit-level economics, scaling enterprise capabilities across digital and off-premise, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Brett Ubl joins GoTo Foods from Roark Capital, where he supported restaurant and franchising businesses on financial, operational and capital markets initiatives, including acquisitions and debt financings across brands such as Subway, Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins. He also served on Subway’s Board of Directors. As Chief Financial Officer, Ubl will lead finance, accounting and corporate strategy, to drive stronger operating discipline, analytics and unit-level economics to support scalable, profitable growth. Francisco Bram brings brand strategy, digital marketing and business development experience from Chewy, Albertsons and Uber Eats to his new position as Chief Growth Officer at GoTo Foods. In this position, he will lead demand generation and customer growth capabilities, including loyalty, personalization, customer insights, and social media. His focus will be on building scalable, measurable programs that drive repeat visits and stronger customer lifetime value. GoTo Foods has also elevated three leaders to expanded roles on the Executive Leadership Team: Mike Freeman, EVP, President, Brands, will continue leading Auntie Anne’s®, Jamba®, McAlister’s Deli®, Moe’s Southwest Grill® and Schlotzsky’s® Deli, and will add oversight of Culinary and Strategic Operations. Urvi Patel, SVP, Brands and Chief Brand Officer, Cinnabon®, will continue leading Cinnabon® and Carvel® and assume responsibility for the company’s co-brand business and growth strategy.
