Iconic Cheeseburger Slider Brand Expands Oklahoma Footprint with Existing Local Operator

OKLAHOMA CITY – Smalls Sliders, the industry-disrupting cheeseburger slider brand rapidly growing across the country, has signed a multi-unit development agreement that will bring several locations to North Oklahoma City. The deal is led by local entrepreneur Kyle Abrusley and his franchise group, Slide Thru, marking the group’s second development agreement with the brand as they continue to expand their Smalls footprint across Oklahoma.

The new agreement builds on the group’s initial multi-unit deal with Smalls Sliders, as well as the successful opening of the brand’s first Oklahoma Can in Tulsa in September 2025. Following a strong early reception and a community-driven debut, Abrusley and his team are continuing their development efforts with a focus on long-term, in-state growth, developing new locations throughout the North Oklahoma City area.

Abrusley and his team will take an active role in the development and day-to-day operations of each Can. Their approach emphasizes hands-on leadership, consistency in guest experience, and continued community involvement as they scale their presence throughout Oklahoma.
