West Palm Beach-based United Franchise Group (UFG) recently presented its 2025 Women in Franchising Awards, recognizing outstanding team members whose leadership and dedication exemplify the heart of the company. Each honoree is celebrated for her commitment, resilience, and passion for helping others grow—qualities that continue to shape UFG’s culture and drive success across every brand.

Debbi Chamblin, Vice President of Royalties & Receivables, has been with UFG for more than 17 years. She oversees the department responsible for cultivating strong relationships with franchise owners and managing the collection of royalty revenue and outstanding accounts receivable across the organization.

Tiffany Mercurio, Training Coordinator, has supported the UFG training team for nearly nine years. In her role, she helps deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs that equip franchise owners with the knowledge and confidence they need to successfully launch their businesses.

Paula Mercer, Vice President of Operations for Vast Coworking Group, has been part of UFG for 18 years. She leads all operational functions and new location openings for the coworking brands, ensuring each franchise owner receives best-in-class support and industry expertise from her team.
