Leading Fitness Equipment Repair and Maintenance Franchise Recognizes Entrepreneurs in Northern Virginia, Pacific Northwest During Annual Convention

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – (December 15, 2025) – Each year, Fitness Machine Technicians — the leader in fitness equipment repair and preventive maintenance services — recognizes franchise owners who go above and beyond, not only in business performance but in the meaningful impact they make within the communities they serve. During this year’s convention, which took place in Albuquerque in early November, its 2025 Franchisee of the Year and Rookie of the Year Awards were presented. Dawn Lee, co-owner of Fitness Machine Technicians of the Pacific Northwest, was named Franchisee of the Year and new to the brand as owner of Fitness Machine Technicians of Northern Richmond, Manassas and Fredericksburg, Virginia, Glenn Deetman was named Rookie of the Year. The annual conference – hosted by Main Line Brands, parent company to Mosquito Authority, Pest Authority and Fitness Machine Technicians – welcomed franchisees from across all three brands for four days of breakout sessions, marketing roundtables and motivational keynotes to boost operational momentum heading into 2026.

Franchisee of the Year Dawn Lee was recognized for her successful combination of business building, ambassadorship and supporting the philosophies of the Fitness Machine Technicians brand. Now in her sixth year of business, Lee has achieved 24% YOY growth in her territory – in large part due to her focus on relationship building and customer service with new and existing commercial partners. And, as president of the brand’s Franchise Advisory Council (FAC), she has dedicated significant time to supporting her fellow franchisees — whether being a sounding board for concerns, offering advice or sharing tools that strengthen their businesses. Lee has also served as a liaison between the FAC and the corporate team, fostering collaboration, transparency and shared success across the system.

He operates a multi-unit business in two markets, providing consistent, high-quality equipment maintenance and exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers.
