Kumon Announces Deepti Tripathi as Franchise Network Development Team Manager for Canada & United States

RUTHERFORD, N.J. (Nov. 7, 2025) – Kumon North America is pleased to announce Deepti Tripathi as manager of Kumon Center Network Development Team for the Canada and U.S. franchise development division. In this new role, Tripathi will lead recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard qualified franchise candidates across the United States and Canada.

With more than 16 years of experience in franchise development as a recruiter at Kumon North America, Tripathi is well poised to lead the recruitment team to execute Kumon’s expansion strategy.

Prior to stepping into this new role, Tripathi served as a recruiter for Kumon’s Northeast and Metro New York Branch Offices, where she played a pivotal role in identifying and mentoring prospective franchisees, streamlining onboarding processes and supporting regional growth initiatives.

Tripathi holds a degree in engineering and a Master of Business Administration. As a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), she demonstrates a proven commitment to excellence in the franchising industry.

When she isn’t in the office, Tripathi can be found spending time with her family, exploring new books, or staying up to date on industry trends and innovations.
