Four local women entrepreneurs bring a new community hub for breakfast, brunch and lunch
WHO:
Eggs Up Grill, a thriving breakfast, brunch and lunch concept known for its hearty classics, friendly service and community feel. The new Clarksville restaurant is owned by Juanita Charles, Kprience London, Latonya Roberts and LaWanna Murray, four entrepreneurs who first joined forces through their nonprofit, Manifest Magic Black Girl Cooperative, before launching this new business together.
WHAT:
The opening of Clarksville’s first Eggs Up Grill, a restaurant designed to be more than a place to eat, it’s a space for connection. Guests can enjoy made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch favorites such as hand-cracked omelets, breakfast sandwiches, crab cake scramblers, burgers, bowls, mimosas and more, all served daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The four owners, first-time franchisees, are committed to creating a welcoming, family-friendly space that reflects their values. They plan to use the restaurant as a community hub, partnering with local schools, nonprofits and youth programs while offering flexible job opportunities that support working parents.
