During her acceptance speech, she shared how belief from others can change one’s career trajectory. She reflected on her journey from franchisee to franchise executive and the WFC’s role in supporting women like her. “That belief — the faith others place in you — is foundational to franchising.” Robin Gagnon, CFE [Catherine, can you make this a call out box?] Robin’s story exemplifies the power of mentorship, advocacy, and community — all core to WFC’s mission. This milestone anniversary of the Crystal Compass Award highlights WFC’s lasting impact and the leaders who pave the way for future generations. Beyond the ALC: The WFC’s Year-Round Impact While ALC is a flagship event, WFC’s influence extends beyond the conference.
