Franchise industry veteran joins as Second in Command

GEORGETOWN, Texas (Feb. 18, 2025) — Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation’s leading men’s and boys’ haircare provider, welcomes Vince Burchianti as Second in Command (2IC) to drive brand strategy, finance, and operations.

“Vince’s extensive franchise operations experience and strategic leadership skills make him a great fit for Sport Clips as we continue our mission to provide a championship haircut experience to clients while supporting our network of franchisees,” said Edward Logan, CEO and president.

With more than three decades of leadership experience in franchising and financial strategy, Burchianti is poised to drive the next chapter of Sport Clips’ growth. He previously served as CFO of Firehouse Subs, where, for 22 years, he played a critical role in expanding the brand from 33 to more than 1,200 locations. In addition to driving the charge in finance, Burchianti also led several other departments within the organization, including franchise administration, technology, franchise development, procurement, EPMO, and reporting and analytics. He is recognized as a dynamic leader with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions and foster strong, collaborative teams.

Burchianti holds a degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University and has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including the 2023 OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 Global CFOs.
