Her extensive background includes 17 years in the long-term care industry, where she has served in various leadership positions such as Director of Nursing, Regional Director of Clinical Operations, and as a National Certified Director of Nursing in long-term care. Additionally, Jackson is a National Certified Legal Nurse, further enhancing her expertise in navigating the complexities of senior care.
