The brand has signed franchise agreements with 13 franchisees to join its Founder’s Club and open 14 SUCCESS Space locations across the U.S., including Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, New York, Texas and Virginia.

This impressive group of franchisees includes eXp Realty agents and brokers, experienced entrepreneurs and community leaders. Furthering the brand’s impressive development thus far, SUCCESS Space aims to open 20 locations in 2023 and end the year with 35 locations in development.

As SUCCESS Space looks ahead, the brand has identified a number of prime markets where the concept would thrive including new markets such as Arizona, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio. In addition, the brand is seeking growth opportunities in existing markets including California, Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Virginia.
