The discussion focused on taking a fresh look at agreements in light of recent issues arising from the pandemic, the economy, and supply chain disruptions, in order to maximize protection and continuity of supply. Finally, we highlighted some key provisions, including force majeure, price changes, and replacement costs, to stress the importance of properly addressing these issues before problems in these areas arise.
