Columbia, Maryland – Homewatch CareGivers, a leading network of providers of full-service home care for people of all ages in North America, recently named Todd Houghton, Brand President. After assuming the new role in the fourth quarter of 2022, Houghton has already been helping propel the brand to success through his experienced leadership and forward-thinking growth strategy. In this role, he is responsible for leading company strategy, implementing approaches to success, and leading operations to benefit both the executive and franchise teams.  

Houghton joined Homewatch CareGivers and its parent company, Authority Brands, with over two decades of franchise industry experience and a keen focus on defining success for scalable businesses as both a franchisor and franchisee. In his historied time within the homecare sector, Houghton was responsible for implementing systems and technologies to accelerate growth for both Brightstar Group Holdings and Comfort Keepers/Sodexo. His passion for quality of care and aging with dignity made him a perfect candidate to take the helm of Homewatch CareGivers’ leadership team.
