World’s Fifth-Largest Family Entertainment Concept Primes Systems and Processes in Preparation for Continued Expansion in 2023
ATLANTA – Altitude Trampoline Park reached exhilarating new heights in 2022, growing to one of the world’s largest family entertainment brands with nearly 90 locations open and even more in development worldwide.
The active family entertainment franchise signed 17-plus agreements to bring active family fun to new markets in Northern Michigan, New Mexico, Virginia, Coastal South Carolina, Indiana, Denver and even Spain. After opening nine parks in 2022, Altitude shared its Jump Life!SM mantra with children and families in new markets including Lawrenceville, Georgia; Jacksonville Beach, Bradenton and Tallahassee, Florida; Mandeville, Louisiana, in addition the reopening of its existing park in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
“At the start of the year, our team invested heavily into developing and strengthening our ties with new and existing park suppliers to create additional revenue streams for our venues,” said Robert Morris, VP of Development for Altitude Park. “Refreshed concessions offerings, in-park apparel, updated and exclusive attractions and streamlined on-boarding systems reinvigorated the franchise opportunity, drawing interest from both new and existing franchise operators.”
Beyond the remarkable growth achieved this year, Altitude joined Inc. Magazine’s 2022 list of “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies” with an impressive ranking in the top 15 percent of this year’s honorees, and as the only family entertainment brand in its sector. Making its debut on the Franchise Times’ Top 500 list in 2022, the brand experienced a 30 percent increase in global systemwide sales in 2021 when compared to pre-pandemic figures.
Throughout the year, Altitude has not only grown its franchise footprint, but its internal team as well. The expanded leadership team has honed in on extensive franchise and brand building efforts as they focus on delivering the new standard for family entertainment venues across the U.S. Furthermore, the team’s level of expertise earned CEO Mike Rotondo and President and CMO Amy Phillips the distinctions of Georgia Titan 100 and Entrepreneur’s CMO Gamechanger respectively.

Altitude Trampoline Park’s franchise convention, which took place this fall, offered the franchise system an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments from this past year. The brand recognized stand-out franchise owners and general managers through its “All Star Franchisee of the Year” and “All Star Managers of the Year” awards. The convention also represented a chance for members of the leadership team to look ahead to the future and share plans for continued innovation with park attractions, point of sale operating systems and employee training resources.
The brand is projected to open 15 of new parks and has a goal of signing an additional 41 units in 2023.
