David Rowland is a franchise owner and Houston area developer for Alta Mere/SmartView, a co-branded division of Moran Family of Brands. Alta Mere offers a complete selection of automotive aftermarket high-tech retail accessories and driver safety devices. SmartView provides customized window tinting for residential and commercial buildings. David opened the first Alta Mere/SmartView store in Spring, TX in December 2015 and will oversee plans to bring additional locations to the Houston, TX market in the coming years.
