Previously, Snider worked at the American Society of Travel Agents.

Andie reports to Anne Poodiack, who has been promoted to Vice President of Conferences & Meetings from Senior Director. Anne reports to Scott Lehr, Senior Vice President, U.S. & International Development & Conferences.

Jones received her BS in Journalism from Florida A&M University and brings a wealth of fundraising knowledge to IFA’s new projects.

“These three employees bring a wealth of proven experience to IFA as we continue to grow and expand our programming and events for IFA members, as well as educate the public about the importance of franchising to our country’s economy,” said IFA President & CEO Steve Caldeira. “We are pleased to welcome each of them to the team as we work to fulfill our mission to protect, promote and enhance franchising during these still challenging economic and public policy times.”
