Paul serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at 7-Eleven, a role he has held since 2023. With over a decade as an in-house lawyer at 7-Eleven since joining in 2013, Paul’s career has centered on the franchise business model, where he applies facilitation and solution-oriented thinking to navigate even the most challenging circumstances.

Prior to 7-Eleven, he was an associate at Baker Botts LLP in Dallas, Texas. Paul earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
