Nancy Bigley is President of Stores at Madison Reed, where she leads the growth and operational excellence of the company’s nationwide Hair Color Bar fleet. A seasoned franchise and retail executive, she drives infrastructure efficiency, financial performance, and aggressive expansion while fostering a high-performance team culture and strong customer loyalty. Prior to Madison Reed, Nancy held senior leadership roles including Multi-Brand Group President at Unleashed Brands, CEO of Twist Brands, and Co-Founder and CEO of Bottle & Bottega, which she led through acquisition. With decades of experience in franchising, including leadership roles at Dunkin’ Brands and Neighborly, she is a recognized advocate for the franchise community and female leadership. Nancy is an active leader within the International Franchise Association and a recipient of the 2022 IFA Crystal Compass Award for her mentorship and industry impact.
