Nadia Sarangi is a franchise attorney who has been practicing law for over 20 years, including 15 years dedicated to the franchise industry. A graduate of Columbia Law School, as Vice President & Associate General Counsel for IHG Hotels & Resorts, Nadia advises her business colleagues on all aspects of franchise law, including regulatory compliance, structuring, and growth strategies.  She previously served on the board of the non-profit Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network, reflecting a long-standing commitment to pro bono and community service. In addition, Nadia and her husband recently became franchise owners, opening a Big Air trampoline park in Georgia in September 2025.
