Patrick Gallher is Managing Partner of Boxwood Partners, an investment bank advising founder-owned and private equity backed businesses on mergers and acquisitions. He brings more than 25 years of transaction experience, with a focus on franchising and the lower middle market.

Patrick combines advisory expertise with firsthand experience as an entrepreneur, investor and operator. As an investor in sweetFrog, he helped the brand grow from 15 to more than 380 locations, later serving as Chairman and CEO and leading its sale to MTY’s Kahala Brands in 2018. Previously, he served as CEO of WILink plc, guiding the global financial communications business through its initial public offering and subsequent take-private
transaction.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Richmond, where he played collegiate golf. He is a founder of the Virginia chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and has served on public and private company boards.
