Grace Hill is a Coordinator supporting Government Relations, with experience in public affairs, advocacy coordination, and policy tracking. She provides administrative support for the Government relations team, coordinates advocacy events, and develops materials to engage policymakers and key stakeholders.

Prior to joining IFA, Grace was a Senior Communications Associate at Narrative Strategies, where she supported public affairs campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and nonprofit organizations. Her work focused on policy and media monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and the development of communications to support advocacy objectives. Previously, Grace served as Executive Assistant and Operations Associate at Jeffrey J. Kimbell & Associates, where she managed executive scheduling, coordinated firm operations, and directed firm communications.

Grace earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Richmond. She resides in Arlington, VA.
